REFUNDS

  • Return Eligibility:

    Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    The item must be in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received.

    Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided for any return request.

    Return Process:

    Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item to us.

    Refunds:

    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within your respective bank times, please allow 5-10 business days

    Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

    Digital Artwork and Giveaways:

    All returns and refunds are not accepted for digital artwork and giveaways.

  • Exchange Process:

    Items may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with the original tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. If the item is faulty, the customer is entitled to an exchange or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Exchanges will be processed based on the availability of stock. Items purchased on sale or with a discount may be subject to specific terms, and exchanges are not available on these items unless faulty.
