The terms "we","us","our","NOKES AU" or "NOKES" refer to NOKES, the business responsible for providing the products and services described in these policies. By making a purchase from NOKES, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in our policies, including our return, refund, shipping and booking policies.

You understand that NOKES reserves the right to amend, add or change our Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy at any time.

JDM HIRE

• Vehicles can be booked as per specific requirements, specify when booking or contact us.
  

• Every effort is made to provide the exact make & model ordered, but in the event of mechanical breakdown or accident prior to the event, the next best vehicle will be used if approved by YOU the customer.

• You may reschedule your booking at any time. You may reschedule your booking within 48 hours of your initial event date.

• For all bookings with a child under the age of 7, the client will need to provide an appropriate child restraint for the child/children.
  Please advise us when making a booking as parent supervision is required at all times.

• Please note that all bookings are subject to the vehicle to have access to the itinerary provided to us. In the case where the vehicle is unable to access roads or a particular location/venue required, the driver will pull up as close as possible at his discretion, bearing in mind the clients safety the drivers safety and the safety of the vehicles.

• All vehicles are non – smoking, and no alcohol is allowed inside the vehicles.

• Intoxicated passengers will not be permitted to enter the vehicles.

• Customers are not to treat the driver(s) with any disrespect, showcase rude behaviour or harass any driver(s) at all times.

• Customers are liable for all physical damages they incur to the vehicle(s) booked and are responsible for all repair costs.

• If the vehicle is left in an excessively dirty condition that requires extraordinary cleaning or re-sanitation, the hirer is liable for the full cost of this cleaning or repair and any consequent loss of use of the vehicle.

• There are no self drive options on any of our cars.

• There are no joy ride options on any of our cars. We consider a joy ride to be booking a car with no start and end destination. This is not permitted and NOKES reserves the right to cancel and refund these type of bookings.

• Areas we cover are Greater Sydney, Wollongong and Central Coast.

• Prices on all our cars are subject to change without notice.

• Customers AREN’T eligible for refunds under the following circumstances: Booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the booking date. This applies to any type of booking. In the event of a customer no show, customers are not eligible for a refund.

• Customers ARE eligible for refunds for the following circumstances:

  A cancellation request is submitted outside of 48 hours of event day.

  A cancellation on behalf of NOKES for a mechanical issue with the booked car prior to the event.

  An unexpected mechanical breakdown occurs prior or during the event.

  A cancellation on behalf of NOKES for a booking that is made outside of Greater Sydney, Wollongong or Central Coast.

  A cancellation on behalf of NOKES due to severe or non suitable weather conditions for the car(s) that have been booked.

• We operate under most weather conditions. At any time NOKES reserves the right to cancel a booking with a full refund issued if weather is not suitable for the car(s) that have been booked.

• NOKES requires 7 days notice on all bookings. We encourage customers to contact us on the help page to arrange a booking within 7 days.

• We accomodate early morning and late night bookings. You will need to contact us to organise a booking outside of normal hours. *Prices are subject to change at NOKES’s discretion outside of normal operating hours.

• NOKES is not liable if an unexpected mechanical breakdown occurs prior or during the event. A full refund will be issued as stated above in this policy.

• NOKES reserves the right to validate all booking information provided to us from a customer that has booked any vehicle(s). For our safety, under our discretion we may investigate references such as Pick up and Drop off addresses, customers full name, phone number and event type.
