DELIVERY
after dispatch, orders are expected to arrive within 2-8 business days, depending on your location.
delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as postal delays or natural events. we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
Refunds
returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
the item must be in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received.
proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided for any return request.
return process:
to initiate a return, please scroll down and contact our customer service team with your order details.
once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item to us.
you may be subject to and are responsible for any shipping costs for your return.
refunds:
upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
if approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within your respective bank times, please allow 5-10 business days.
please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
exchanges
items may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with the original tags attached. proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
exchanges will be processed based on the availability of stock. items purchased on sale or with a discount may be subject to specific terms, and exchanges are not available on these items unless faulty.
we cannot guarantee any exchanges due to extremely limited stock.

4. join our private group chat and stay up to date with release dates, stock and content creation.
5. once your order arrives, share and show off and start earning. make sure to use your unique link when posting to your followers.
free items
our program is based off a shop, wear, share, earn model.
this means you don’t directly receive free items from us.

getting paid
you are paid via bank transfer at the end of every month.

either party may terminate participation in the program at any time.
upon termination, unpaid commissions that have met the payout threshold will be paid in the next cycle.
