By using this website and placing an order with NOKES, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders

All purchases are subject to these terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in the native currency of the purchaser and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

Prices are subject to change without notice. NOKES reserves the right to correct any pricing errors at any time.

3. Exchanges, Returns & Store Credit

We offer exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Items must include all original tags and packaging and be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Exchange Process

Due to extremely limited stock, exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

If an exchange item is unavailable, you will be issued store credit (gift credit) for the value of the item.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. All eligible returns are processed as store credit only.

Pre Orders

Pre-order items are only eligible for exchange once the item has been delivered.

Once delivered, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

All pre-order returns are strictly eligible for store credit only.

Faulty Items

Faulty or damaged items are eligible for assessment under Australian Consumer Law and may qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the nature of the fault.

Sale or Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale, during promotions, or using discount codes are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless faulty.

Costs

Any return shipping costs, transaction fees, or related charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

4. Affiliate Program

By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

Commission Rate

Creators earn a 10% commission on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts) of each referred order.

Creators earn a negotiated rate per every 1000 video / post views they achieve. this rate may vary between creator*

Payment

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days after the end of each month via bank transfer.

Referral Tracking

Sales are tracked through unique affiliate links provided by NOKES. We are not responsible for commissions not tracked due to customer device settings, ad blockers, cookie restrictions, or incorrect link usage.

Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices, including but not limited to spam, cookie stuffing, false advertising, or incentivised misrepresentation. Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time. Upon termination, any valid unpaid commissions that meet payout conditions will be paid in the next scheduled cycle.

Content Usage Rights

By participating in the Creator Program, you grant NOKES a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, and distribute your content across marketing channels including social media, email, and website usage.

Modification of Terms

NOKES reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, branding, and design elements, is the property of NOKES and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
