Definitions and Agreement
The terms we, us, our, NOKES AU, or NOKES refer to NOKES, the business responsible for providing the products and services described in these policies.
By making a purchase from NOKES, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in our policies, including our return, refund, shipping, and booking policies.
You understand that NOKES reserves the right to amend, add to, or change our Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy at any time.
JDM Hire
Vehicles can be booked according to specific requirements. Please specify your needs when booking or contact us directly.
Every effort is made to provide the exact make and model ordered. However, in the event of a mechanical breakdown or accident prior to the event, the next most suitable vehicle will be provided, subject to approval by you, the customer.
Bookings may be rescheduled at any time, including within 48 hours of the original event date.
For any booking involving a child under the age of seven, the client must provide an appropriate child restraint. Please advise us at the time of booking. Parental supervision is required at all times.
All bookings are subject to the vehicle being able to access the itinerary provided. If the vehicle cannot access a particular road, location, or venue, the driver will stop as close as possible at their discretion, taking into account the safety of the client, the driver, and the vehicle.
Vehicle Rules and Conduct
All vehicles are non smoking. Alcohol is not permitted inside the vehicles.
Intoxicated passengers will not be permitted to enter the vehicles.
Customers must not treat drivers with disrespect, display rude behaviour, or harass drivers at any time.
Customers are liable for any physical damage caused to the vehicle and are responsible for all associated repair costs.
If a vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty condition requiring extraordinary cleaning or re sanitisation, the hirer is responsible for the full cost of cleaning or repairs, as well as any resulting loss of use.
There are no self drive options available for any vehicles.
There are no joy ride options available. A joy ride is defined as a booking without a clear start and end destination. Such bookings are not permitted, and NOKES reserves the right to cancel and refund these bookings.
Service Areas and Pricing
Service areas include Greater Sydney, Wollongong, and the Central Coast.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy
Customers are not eligible for refunds under the following circumstances:
Booking cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date.
Customer no shows.
Customers are eligible for refunds under the following circumstances:
A cancellation request submitted more than 48 hours before the event.
A cancellation by NOKES due to a mechanical issue prior to the event. An unexpected mechanical breakdown occurring before or during the event.
A cancellation by NOKES for bookings outside Greater Sydney, Wollongong, or the Central Coast.
A cancellation by NOKES due to severe or unsuitable weather conditions.
NOKES operates under most weather conditions. However, NOKES reserves the right to cancel a booking and issue a full refund if weather conditions are unsuitable for the booked vehicle.
Booking Requirements and Liability
NOKES requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for all bookings. Customers are encouraged to contact us via the help page to arrange bookings within this timeframe.
Early morning and late night bookings are available by request. Customers must contact us to arrange bookings outside normal operating hours. Prices may vary at NOKES discretion.
NOKES is not liable for unexpected mechanical breakdowns occurring before or during an event. In such cases, a full refund will be issued as outlined above.
NOKES reserves the right to verify all booking information provided by customers. For safety purposes, this may include validating pickup and drop off locations, customer name, contact number, and event type.
NOKES strictly reserves the right to issue a monetary charged penalty of $200 if service proceeds over the agreed booked time limit by 15 minutes.
Website Orders and Terms
By using our website and placing an order with NOKES, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All purchases are subject to these terms and conditions.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in the purchaser’s local currency and include applicable taxes.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted but are not guaranteed due to limited stock availability.
Creator Program
By joining the NOKES Creator Program, you agree to the following terms.
Affiliates earn a commission of 10% on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days of the end of each month via bank transfer.
Sales are tracked using unique affiliate links. NOKES is not responsible for untracked commissions due to device restrictions, ad blockers, or incorrect link usage.
Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical behaviour, including spamming, cookie stuffing, or false advertising. Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Either party may terminate participation at any time. Eligible unpaid commissions will be paid in the next payout cycle.
Participants consent to NOKES repurposing content created as part of the Creator Program. NOKES is granted a non exclusive, royalty free licence to use, edit, and distribute submitted content across marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website materials.
NOKES reserves the right to modify affiliate terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of NOKES and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
